Isometric Business Illustrations

Medallia work with customers in a wide variety of industries from hospitality to retail to financial services and its use cases in customer experience often complex to explain. One solution to help prospects and others understand the CEM (Customer Experience Management) space—developing a just as versatile set of illustrations that could be leveraged by multiple designers to portray interactions, whether they be a shopping experience or a financial planning meeting.

In order to create a large and flexible but cohesive set of people I developed male and female models as modifiable, modular pieces. With a pre-set but expanding set of skin tones, hair styles, clothing, and positions with the passed off files and designer could create an individual or scene to fit their design needs.
