Typographic book design

As a brand initiative to publish Medallia’s leadership and thinking in the market, the idea for a series of publications was proposed by the VP of Brand. This book, Start V1 The Foundation, was the first in the planned series. Walking through the growing importance of the CX (Customer Experience) space, this book attempts to present the why and how of Customer Experience Management in a form that could be kept as a coffee table book or with individual spreads as poster art.

Below is a sampling of spreads from the 96 page book. Softcover, perfect bind, coated matte stock with spot gloss on cover, CMYK + 1 spot color.
