Medallia Website required an overhaul in 2017—to its backend, its content, and its design. As a first launch point for the Brand teams new look and feel and messaging, the website became a key project with stakeholders across the company.

As the lead designer on this project I designed the 38 unique templates and gathered assets and created illustrations for each. Over a dedicated 6 month sprint, with an agile process our team planned, wrote, designed, and developed the site, optimizing for lead generation and bringing to market Medallia’s point of view.

Design objectives included featuring our software UI more prominently to make benefits more tangible, update to a more contemporary visual style, and introduce resources and featured content CTA’s throughout the site.
