Medallia Rebrand
In 2018 along with their new website Medallia released a new design system to carry across all marketing touch-points. Stemming from the idea of Medallia as a north star to their customers, each piece of the brand was re-developed to push forward this philosophy. Starting from the logo, the CEO pushed for a “refresh” as opposed to a complete re-thinking, keeping the brand equity built in their 17 year history. Following the theme of a guiding light, color, shadow, and depth was brought in to apply across assets bringing a consistent focus and energy.
