Auth0 Customers
Auth0’s market presence in the authentication and authorization space was expanding rapidly and required new infrastructure to showcase it’s customers. A recent initiative had started to refresh the individual case study pages, but along side that it needed a hub for discoverability and curation.

The Problem
Auth0.com had an architecture problem with case studies. Historically it had kept them in multiple places for different use cases from its learn section for sales enablement, resources, for lead generation, to the new case-study page which held recent posts. In order to consolidate management, visitors, and design, I proposed solutions based on maximizing traffic, and leveraging the sites primary navigation for discoverability.
The Proposal
Starting from research of other B2B companies across various industries, I put a proposal together for the Global Communications team of what types of content and sections they might consider and why. From different animated hero graphics to mosaic tiled “customer cards,” we narrowed down the options into a wireframe to proceed. Proceeding from there I leveraged new UI components from other refreshed pages and worked with Marketing Engineering to finalize the functional and technical requirements.
The Solution
The agreed upon solution took the highest traffic url path verified navigation find ability with user interviews, and consolidated the previous 4 pages into a catch all page. The page itself featured a cycling curated list of customer logos up top, new search and filtering functionality for customer case studies, the inclusion of new videos, and finished up with compelling customer quotes.
The Results
After a couple months of the new architecture being live and old pages depreciated, the results for the redesign showed a marked improvement in visitor traffic, case study and video engagement, and increased time and scroll rate on page. The big learning from this project was that there are multiple large opportunities for site optimization in reconsidering old pathways and use cases that no longer are relevant to our audience or company.
