Experience is Medallia’s annual CX (customer experience) conference for customers, prospects, and partners. It has grown leaps and bounds each year and for their 2017 event in Las Vegas our team required a refresh to the brand to represent both what new product features were launching but also the to the experience that our attendees should have.

The theme for the year was “You have more power than you think” and the main new announcement the modularization and rapid deployment of the platform for key solutions.

Taking that concept, the visual system was based on a set of geometric shapes. Forming the word mark as well as a system of patterns and elements, these colorful blocks represented the process of building, connecting, and changing. The color palette brought in Medallia blue and the a purple from the venue (The Cosmopolitan Las Vegas) giving every touch point a bold, sophisticated impact.
